We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Manager to join our team at Salt Recruitment. As a CRM Manager, you will be responsible for driving customer engagement, conversion, and retention through strategic and creative CRM initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end CRM campaign execution across email, push notifications, and future channels like SMS.
- Collaborate with content agencies to create engaging content that drives customer activation and monthly active users.
- Manage seasonal campaigns for timely, high-quality delivery.
- Work on web and app marketing, coordinating with design and development for effective landing pages.
- Utilise audience segmentation for relevant communications.
- Apply user experience (UX) and mobile-first design principles for seamless customer journeys.
- Implement a test-and-learn approach to optimize CRM performance and engagement.
- 4-7 years of experience in CRM, with a proven track record of managing and optimising CRM channels (email, push, SMS).
- Ideally, an industry background in retail (seasonal campaigns), retail SAAS platform, customer communications, fintech and/or agency background with the aforementioned industries would be preferred but not essential.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into action.
- A creative thinker with a passion for creating seamless customer experiences.
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
