Job Summary

We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Professional to join our growing General Insurance section based in our Adelaide office.

This role provides administrative support to the General Insurance team, offering a fantastic chance to be part of a friendly and fast-paced team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the General Insurance team, including drafting documentation, preparing monthly billing, managing client file maintenance, coordinating mail, and maintaining Partners/lawyers' contacts in our CRM InterAction.
  • Assist with reception duties and other ad-hoc administration tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-3 years of administrative experience in a professional services environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with iManage and Aderant is preferred but not required.
