We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Professional to join our team at SA Health. As a key member of our administration team, you will provide confidential secretarial and administrative support services to the Women's and Children's Health Network.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional administrative support to our teams, including preparing and editing documents, managing files and databases, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Coordinating logistics and arrangements for meetings, events, and travel.
  • Developing and implementing efficient administrative systems and procedures to improve productivity and efficiency.

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, patients, and stakeholders.
  • A high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities and deadlines.
