Job Title: Functional Dynamics 365 Support Consultant

Description: HSO is a leading Microsoft Partner with an established pedigree in Dynamics. Although relatively new to the ANZ region, we have quickly made our mark as a safe pair of hands for customers' D365 implementations. We are now seeking a mid-senior level functional consultant to join our growing team. This role can be based in Australia or New Zealand.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide functional support for Dynamics 365 CE applications, addressing issues related to configuration, customization, workflows, and integrations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve functional problems, logging and managing support tickets through to resolution.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, understanding their needs and providing timely updates on issue resolution.
  • Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CE as per business requirements, including entity creation, form customization, and workflow automation.
  • Provide training to users on Dynamics 365 CE functionalities and create comprehensive documentation for processes and configurations.
  • Identify opportunities for system and process improvements and collaborate with development teams to implement changes.
  • Ensure all configurations and customizations comply with Microsoft best practices and organizational guidelines.

Requirements:

  • The right to work in either Australia or New Zealand.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in supporting and configuring Dynamics 365 CE applications, with end-to-end delivery including all aspects of the project lifecycle.
  • Proficient in Dynamics 365 CE configuration, customization, and administration, including PowerApps and Power Automate. Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve functional issues efficiently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to a non-technical audience.
  • Strong client-facing skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional support and service.
