Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Support Professional

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Dynamics 365 CE support specialist. In this challenging position, you will be responsible for troubleshooting complex customer issues and providing expert technical assistance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Triage and resolution of a wide range of customer problems
  • Collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a support capacity
  • Liaison between customers and development teams
  • Application of advanced Dynamics 365 CE skills while troubleshooting with clients on various projects

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 CE Online
  • Effective client management skills
  • Ability to support multiple major projects simultaneously
  • Microsoft Dynamics certifications preferred but not necessary
  • Knowledge of PowerPlatform & PowerAutomate recommended
