Dynamics 365 CRM Specialist

As a D365 CRM specialist, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying complex CRM solutions.

This role requires a strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM and its related technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in workshops with customers to provide technical feasibility and thought leadership on various requirements.
  • Create solution designs for Dynamics 365 CRM modules according to project specifications.
  • Deliver high-quality code deliverables for a module, including configurations and customizations, lead validation for all types of testing, and support activities related to implementation, transition, and warranty.
  • Lead the development of Dynamics 365 CRM instances.
  • Collaborate with architects to design and develop integrations with Dynamics 365 CRM modules.
  • Develop data migration plans and lead data migration activities from legacy applications to Dynamics 365 CRM using required tools.

Our ideal candidate has experience working with Dynamics 365 CRM, Azure Services, and .NET development.

They should have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work independently, and be passionate about delivering high-quality solutions.
