Job Overview

Technical Support Role - Dynamics 365 CRM


This role involves providing technical support to IT professionals and working with global companies. You will be responsible for solving complex problems, managing crisis situations, and owning mission-critical customer issues.


Key responsibilities include acting as a technical focal point in cooperative relationships with other companies, managing crisis situations, and owning and resolving technically complex mission-critical or politically hot customer issues.


You will also need to be responsive to customer needs, which may sometimes require outside normal business hours or on-call rotation. This role requires strong technical skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to stay up to date on leading technologies and technical certifications.


Key qualifications include full Australian citizenship, knowledge of the Dynamics 365 Product Suite, support/technical experience, familiarity with Dynamics 365 CRM, and experience with one or more coding languages.

  • Full Australian Citizenship
  • Knowledge of the Dynamics 365 Product Suite, including Sales, Customer Service, Contact Center, Customer Insight - Journey, and Power Page
  • Support / Technical Experience
  • Familiarity with Dynamics 365 CRM
  • Experience with 1 or More Coding Languages
