Indigenous Engagement Lead

The successful applicant will play a pivotal role in driving whole-of-government transformation projects, leading change management processes and building organisational capacity to deliver on Closing the Gap initiatives.
- Drive project initiatives focused on improving outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples;
- Develop and maintain professional networks to advance departmental goals;
- Participate in the department's Performance Management Program and contribute to strategic planning and reporting.
This is an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander Designated Position, in accordance with sections 56(2) and 65 of the Equal Opportunity Act 1984. Only Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander people are eligible to apply.
