We are seeking an experienced Senior Administrator/Office Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will play a vital role in managing daily administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations across departments.

The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a detail-oriented approach to work. Experience in XERO accounting software is essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and manage accounts payable and receivable using XERO.
  • Assist with job scheduling and reconciliations as needed.
  • Monitor and respond to emails promptly.
  • Implement and improve administrative processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Serve as the point of contact for inquiries from staff and external partners.
  • Collaborate with management to streamline financial reporting and compliance procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong computer literacy and experience with XERO accounting software.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Estimated Salary: AU$65,000 - AU$85,000 per annum, depending on experience. This salary reflects the market rate for this position in our location. We offer a competitive compensation package, including benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
