Rostering Professional

Seeking a skilled rostering professional to support the effective utilisation of our workforce through timely and effective rostering practices.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the effective utilisation of our workforce through timely and effective rostering practices
  • Work to a 4 week rotating roster between the hours of 6am and 10pm, 7 days a week
  • Ensure that our sites operate within their workforce benchmarks
  • Assist in the creation, editing and maintenance of site rosters to ensure that the sites work at the levels required to provide quality care to the residents and workforce support
  • Contribute to the development of innovative rostering processes to effectively manage our workforce
  • Travel to sites as required
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Exceptional customer service, problem solving and ability to think outside the box
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with various stakeholders
  • A good work ethic and ability to juggle a busy workload
  • Knowledge of workforce rostering requirements or previous experience in health care will be highly regarded
  • Job share arrangements will be welcomed
