  • Act as a key contact point for scheduling enquiries from staff and managers.
  • Collaborate with the HR and admin team to support smooth onboarding of new staff into rosters.
  • Assist with general coordination and admin tasks related to workforce planning.

About You:

  • Strong attention to detail and great time management skills.
  • Friendly communicator who works well under pressure.
  • Comfortable using rostering platforms or quick to learn.
  • Experience in disability, aged care, or health sector scheduling is a big plus.
  • Able to juggle priorities and adapt to last-minute changes.
  • Collaborative team player with a positive, proactive attitude.

Why Join Us?

We value our team members and foster a supportive and inclusive work environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in administration, HR, recruitment, or scheduling within a growing organisation.
