We are looking for a compassionate, connected person who places care for others at the heart of their work. This role is part of an experienced team supporting residents at our Toowoomba facility.
As the
Rostering and Payroll Clerk
, you'll help create a welcoming, professional and supportive care experience for residents. Our Toowoomba facility features peaceful landscaped gardens and comfortable accommodation options.

Responsibilities
Provide administrative support related to rostering and payroll for the facility
Assist with scheduling and attendance processes
Support a consistent fortnightly rosters pattern for permanent positions
Maintain high standards of customer service and effective communication
Follow directives as per care plans
Qualifications & Requirements
Relevant experience in a similar administrative/ rostering role
Experience with scheduling and attendance systems (Kronos and Workday desirable)
High level of customer service skills
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
Ability to follow directives per care plan
Understanding of Aged Care and resident rights and responsibilities (beneficial)
Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC)
NDIS Worker Screening Check will be a requirement
