**Roster Coordinator**

The Mercy Community Individualised Support Team in Zillmere does incredible work **supporting and assisting people in the community to live their best life. We currently have a vacancy in this team for a Roster Coordinator to add value through specialised **rostering and administration support.

In this role you will be responsible for supporting the team in the NDIS program through the coordination and implementation of 24/7 rosters. This will include:

- Consultation with Team Leaders to develop and manage rosters
- Monitoring staff availability and attendance
- Coordination of new staff orientations and shift replacements
- Managing the site leave planner and updating staff information
- Monitoring holiday relief needs and advising managers of potential gaps and recruitment needs
- Maintain rostering templates
- Ensure rosters are staffed in accordance with legislative requirements and rostering guidelines

**About you**

Ideally, you will have a background in rostering and administration support with a solid understanding of roster development and management of staff availability. You will also have:

- Demonstrated and accurate Microsoft Office, Excel and data entry skills
- Previous experience in a human services environment
- The ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and deliver high levels of customer service
- Strong time management, organisation and problem-solving skills

**What do I need to apply?**

Before you can start working with us, you need to provide, or be willing to obtain:

- 2 referees
- Evidence of working rights within Australia such as a passport or birth certificate
- A current valid Driver's License
- Working with Children Check & NDIS Worker Screening Check (we will pay for these if you haven't got them yet)
- Full Covid-19 vaccination status
