We are seeking a seasoned executive to lead our commercial function and drive capital efficiency, revenue, and risk outcomes across a national row-crop portfolio.

About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly skilled commercial leader to make a significant impact on our business. As General Manager Commercial, you will be responsible for developing and executing disciplined capital allocation strategies aligned to our corporate plan.

  • Oversee commodity marketing and risk management functions, drive pricing strategy with the use of internal and external advisors.
  • Provide scenario analysis, benchmarked performance reporting, and forward forecasts that link paddock decisions to financial and capital outcomes.
  • Align farm plans to top-quartile benchmarks in efficiency, productivity, people engagement, and carbon emissions.
Your Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 10+ years' senior leadership experience in commercial or finance within a production environment.
  • Proven leadership of multi-disciplinary teams; strong planning, analytical, and problem-solving capability.
  • Depth in capital-intensive settings and commercial negotiation for high-value asset procurement; strength in managing strategic supplier and customer relationships.
