Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk & Insurance Specialist to support our Enterprise Risk Management activities and Insurance function. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the day-to-day implementation of our enterprise risk management methodology.
  • Participating in scheduled and ad-hoc risk assessment activities across the business.
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of our ERM roadmap.
  • Managing and maintaining our enterprise risk management software.
  • Preparing and updating risk management guides and training materials for risk owners.
  • Supporting the update, review, and analysis of risks and opportunities for our group material risk profile.
  • Providing timely, accurate risk management reports to business units, the Board, and committees.
  • Collaborating with sites and insurance brokers to prepare and manage claims.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • At least 1-4 years of experience in risk management, risk analysis, or auditing.
  • Familiarity with risk management standards (ISO31000) and methodology.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to apply critical and analytical thinking, attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel data analytics, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
