About The Role

Firesoft People is looking for a Senior Risk Manager to join our Technology Team. As a Senior Risk Manager, you will be responsible for delivering an updated Technology Risk Strategy that coincides with our growing brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, monitor, measure, and manage risks and controls, including Incident (Risk Event) Management, Issue Management, Risk and Control Assessment, Risk Reporting, and Cyber Security.
  • Provide strategic thinking and senior business leadership to drive business growth.
  • Develop and implement risk management practices, including Risk Profiles / Assessments and Control Design / Management.
  • Ensure compliance with the Australian Regulatory framework regarding Technology/Information/Security.
  • Cyber Security related Risk Management expertise is a must.

About You

  • At least 7 years of Operational Risk / Compliance advisory experience in Financial services.
  • CRISC / Recognised Risk accreditation or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in strategic thinking and senior business leadership.
  • Clear and demonstrable knowledge of Risk Management practices.
  • Strong proficiency in the Australian Regulatory framework.
  • Cyber Security related Risk Management expertise.
