About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Risk Management Specialist to join our team in Brisbane, Melbourne, or Sydney. As a key member of our risk management team, you will be responsible for maintaining and managing our risk and compliance frameworks, providing guidance to the business, and identifying potential risks and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and reviews to identify areas of improvement and provide recommendations to senior management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective risk management practices are embedded throughout the organization.
  • Analyse key metric indicators and operational risks to identify trends and develop strategies to mitigate potential risks.
  • Maintain our compliance framework and programme, including conducting audits and reviews to ensure adherence to the Group Code of Conduct.

About You

  • You have a minimum of three years' experience in risk management or a related field, preferably within the construction and engineering industry.
  • You possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to read and interpret legislative changes into practice.
  • You have strong technical skills, with the ability to use initiative and work independently.
  • You have excellent stakeholder management skills and can communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum
