Job Title: Liability Claims Consultant

We are seeking an experienced individual to manage public liability and professional indemnity claim files, including claims under the Personal Injuries Proceedings Act.

  • Manage claim files from initial contact to assessment, investigation, and resolution.
  • Liaise with internal staff, clients, claimants, and providers via telephone and email.
  • Provide analysis of claims as required and prepare necessary correspondence to advance or resolve claims.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A degree in Law (practicing certificate not required).
  • Excellent customer service skills with proven experience.
  • Ability to enter information accurately and swiftly into databases.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate with people at all levels.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office products to support administration requirements.
