Job Title: Claims Resolution Specialist
About the PositionWe are seeking a skilled and experienced claims handler to manage a portfolio of motor claims, ensuring timely and cost-effective resolution while maintaining high standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a high volume of motor claims, including third-party repairs and demands.
- Ensure accurate and efficient processing of claims, minimizing leakage and increased costs.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, reporting on claim progress and developments.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to resolve complex claims, ensuring the best possible outcome for all stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other insurers and parties to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in insurance, preferably in claims management.
- Solid knowledge of road traffic legislation and applicable laws.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to interpret complex information.
- Passion for leveraging emerging technologies to drive innovation and efficiency.
