Claims Resolution Specialist

Job Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Claims Resolution Specialist. This dynamic position involves working closely with our Third Party Care team to negotiate costs with other insurance companies, assess liability, and guide customers through the claims process.
About the Role
- Review and mitigate costs sent by other insurance companies looking to recover funds
- Negotiate with other insurers to find a resolution that works for both companies
- Liaise with customers and other third parties at various stages of the claims process
- Gather information, review liability, and use road rules and legal precedents to inform your decisions
Your Skills
To be successful in this role, you will need excellent negotiation and communication skills, a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, and conflict resolution expertise. Experience in debt collection and/or paralegal is highly regarded. If you enjoy solving problems, thinking outside the box, and providing excellent service, then this opportunity is for you.
