Your new role could be at Adelaide Airport, where you'll lead the day-to-day operations of our screening services.
This is a full-time, 12-month fixed term contract with a rotating 24/7 roster, requiring shift work.
About the Role
In this key leadership position, you will oversee a large and diverse team across multiple security screening points. You will drive safe and efficient outcomes for airport visitors and help us achieve our vision of making the world safer, smarter, and better.
You will be supported by Supervisors and Team Leaders and will:
Ensure efficient operations of passenger, goods, and airside security screening points
Utilize your operational expertise to address challenges and provide solutions
Provide leadership to our Aviation Screening Officers, including performance management and escalation support
Liaise closely with stakeholders to provide updates, reports, and insights
About You
You're an experienced leader who excels in driving results while empowering your team. You're skilled in problem-solving, communication, and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
As a proven performer, you have a strong work ethic, task focus, and ability to deliver outcomes in dynamic environments. To succeed in this role, you must hold an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC) and commit to a 24/7 roster. A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are also required.
