Sales Growth Specialist

Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for quality products and strong client relationships? We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team. This is an on-the-road role that requires someone who can confidently engage with tradespeople and commercial clients alike, managing an existing customer base while uncovering new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of trade and industrial clients across Western Australia.
- Develop new business prospects with builders, installers, and contractors.
- Promote a range of products, including glass, aluminium systems, balustrading, and decking.
- Build strong connections and provide technical support when needed.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of client activity, quotes, and sales.
- Established presence in the Western Australian market.
- Proven experience in trade or industrial sales.
- Background in glass, aluminium, balustrading, or similar technical products preferred.
- Experience in a field-based, customer-facing role.
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
- Confident communicator equally comfortable talking with tradespeople and corporate buyers.
- Self-starter with a results-driven mindset.
