Apprenticeship Support Officer, Scheduling

We are seeking an experienced Scheduling and Booking Coordinator to join our team at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of WA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all client requests and administrative activities for the Apprenticeship Sign-up appointments are handled with a high degree of customer service and quality.
Key Responsibilities:- Attend to inbound calls from clients and provide general advice and support
- Book in sign-up meetings for apprenticeships, in line with the availability of our Industry Training Consultants
- Manage diaries and changes to appointments as required
- Complete accurate data entry and maintain databases
- Provide advice to clients regarding the Apprenticeship Sign-up process
- Complete outbound calls to clients
- Perform general administrative duties as required
- Previous experience working in a customer service role
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills – oral and written
- Strong time management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- National Police Clearance
