Job Description

This is a permanent full-time position based at the library and knowledge centre. Evening shifts are required.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer service and maintaining a positive library environment.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Deliver excellent customer service in a cross-cultural setting.
  • Assist with library programs and activities, promoting library services and resources to the community.
  • Participate in business plan development and implementation.
  • Support team members to ensure daily operational requirements are met.
  • Maintain library collections to meet community needs.
  • Stay updated on current professional practices through staff meetings and training sessions.
