- **Salary range from $85,107 to $102,480 p.a. plus super, 35 hours per week**
**The role**
Mosman Council is seeking an innovative and experienced tech expert to lead delivery of digital services at our single-branch library located in Mosman's civic and cultural precinct.
Incorporating management of all library digital services, the role includes oversight of:
- The library management system and RFID
- Library website and digital databases
- Vendor liaison
- Customer digital help sessions
- Liaison with council IT services
The role also includes customer service desk shifts and support for program delivery in the library's busy Creation Space.
Reporting to the Library Manager this role would suit someone with previous experience leading delivery of digital services in a library or council environment, and who is confident in delivering high quality customer service.
This is a weekday role but does have a requirement of **occasional weekend and evening shifts (usually one of each per month).**
**What You'll Bring to the Role**
To be successful in this role you will have significant experience working with digital resources, preferably in a library or council environment. You will also have leadership capability.
You have led digital projects and improvements before, and be an advanced digital trouble-shooter. You'll be comfortable working across a team and with other council teams, possess broad technology knowledge and skills, and be experienced in working with technology vendors.
Above all, you'll work well with the team and the community, become a great fit with us, and a great connection point for our local community as we continue to develop and enhance our library offering.
