Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Ping Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert-level technical support and assistance to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform thorough analysis of support call trends and problem areas to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop comprehensive articles for our knowledge base to ensure common issues and configurations are well documented and accessible to employees.
  • Onboard new employees by provisioning equipment, granting access, and orienting them to the environment.
  • Offboard departing employees by disabling access and collecting assets.
  • Conduct regular platform health checks to ensure optimal performance.
Required Skills
  • Proficiency in OpenID, OAuth, SAML, and Federation protocols.
  • Experience working on Linux-based infrastructure with a strong understanding of Python or other scripting languages like JavaScript.
  • Knowledge of ISAM and Microfocus systems is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow and Jira.
  • Understanding of CI/CD deployment methodologies.
  • Basic Java programming skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience as a Ping Support Specialist.
