Senior Business Continuity Manager

• Hands-on experience with modern technologies including software-as-service, data analytics, cloud services, and service integration is highly valued.
• Good knowledge of 24/7/365 enterprise environments and customer-facing platforms is essential for understanding business operations.

• Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and emerging technology best practices enhances the candidate's ability to implement service resilience strategies.
• Proven expertise in Service Management & Technology Operations is required for leading service resilience initiatives.
