Job Opportunity: Senior IT Continuity Lead Service Management Officer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior IT Continuity Lead Service Management Officer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in service continuity and disaster recovery, with experience in planning and testing. They will also possess excellent stakeholder management skills, be able to collaborate across business and technology teams, and have a solid grasp of IT governance, cybersecurity, risk, and compliance.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about service continuity and DR to contribute to the development of service continuity and recovery plans, drive consistency, and improve the quality of continuity planning.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with stakeholders to identify ICT services and systems that support critical business processes, maintain and improve the Key Business Services (KBS) list, and ensure the appropriate governance of the ITSCM framework.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the development of service continuity and recovery plans.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify ICT services and systems that support critical business processes.

  • Ensure the appropriate governance of the ITSCM framework.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • ITIL Certification and a strong understanding of service levels.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in service continuity and disaster recovery within a medium/large organisation ICT environment.
  • Experience in service continuity and DR planning and testing.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills to foster collaboration across business and technology teams.
