Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Relationship Manager to join our team at Project Recruit. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our Business Development Managers and Executive team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Support: Provide day-to-day support to our Business Development Managers, including extensive market research, sales strategies, and CRM data management.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to uncover business opportunities and assist with sales strategies.
  • Stakeholder Identification: Research and identify key stakeholders and contacts for our Business Development Managers to engage with.
  • Lead Generation: Proactively reach out to leads to assist with introductions and initial meetings on behalf of our sales team.
  • CRM Management: Maintain and update Sales Force CRM data to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Cross-Selling Opportunities: Promote and assist with the collaboration of information amongst Business Development Managers to increase cross-selling and opportunities.
  • Event Coordination: Assist with event coordination, including logistics and planning.
  • Networking and Client Entertainment: Attend networking events and assist with client entertainment to build strong relationships.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Generate CRM reports and dashboards as needed to support data-driven sales strategies.
  • Client Feedback and Satisfaction: Facilitate client feedback and provide essential post-project care to ensure satisfaction.
  • Logistics and Project Support: Coordinate logistics for sales team events and contribute to project and award submissions.
  • Ad-Hoc Tasks: Exhibit flexibility and adaptability by efficiently completing ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Sales and Client-Facing Experience: An interest in sales and client-facing positions is essential.
  • Business Development and Operations: A desire to progress in business development or assist with the management of client relationships and support a sales team with operations and sales strategies.
  • Industry Knowledge: Construction, property, design, or engineering industry knowledge is preferred but not essential.
  • Teamwork and Autonomy: Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
