We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Membership Services Representative to join our thriving Richmond Zap Club. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional member experiences and building strong relationships with our customers.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in a fast-paced customer service role
  • Passion for health and fitness
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Availability to work Saturdays and some weekdays
