Job Overview

The SaaS Sales Accelerator will be responsible for developing sales opportunities within our partner ecosystem in the Victoria territory. This role requires a strong sales background, preferably in the SaaS industry, with a proven track record of success and highlights in sales achievements.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop sales opportunities by researching and prospecting within the assigned territory.
  2. Upsell and cross-sell the client base within the assigned territory.
  3. Collaborate with team members to determine necessary strategic sales approaches.
  4. Set up and deliver sales presentations, product/service demonstrations.
  5. Assist in creating RFP responses to potential clients.
  6. Support marketing and channel efforts – tradeshows, partner events, etc.

Requirements

  1. 2+ years' experience in a sales role, SaaS industry preferred.
  2. Track record of success and highlights in sales achievements.
  3. Growth mindset, passion, and enthusiasm for learning and developing your career.
  4. Understanding and exposure to the RFP process.
  5. High level of energy and ability to work autonomously.
  6. Effective problem-solving skills to detect changes in circumstances or events.
  7. Strong organizational, detail-oriented, and time management skills.

Compensation

Base Salary (excluding super): AUD $80K - $100K + Commission
