Technical Leader for Accelerated Growth

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Technical Leader to drive our technology strategy and accelerate growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing our software engineering teams, ensuring they have the necessary resources to succeed, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage software engineering teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery
- Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to define technical roadmaps and priorities
- Develop and maintain relationships with offshore project teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration
- Mentor and coach team members, promoting career development and growth
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, making recommendations for future-proofing our systems
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 7+ years of experience in C#/.NET and SQL (MSSQL preferred) development, with a strong background in software engineering best practices
- Demonstrable management experience, with a proven track record of leading teams and delivering projects on time and within budget
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
- A relevant tertiary qualification, such as a degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience working in a cloud-based infrastructure environment, with knowledge of DevOps practices and tools
- Familiarity with ITIL or similar frameworks for managing incident processes
What We Offer
In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $180,000 - $220,000 per annum, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
