Job Overview

We currently have a great opportunity for a Program Manager within our Cloud team. The successful candidate will be an important contributor to achieving the sales and profit targets for Microsoft CSP and AWS sales programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and implement Microsoft CSP and AWS sales programs based on market opportunities and service capacities.
  • Enable the sales team to exceed vendor sales targets and drive profitable customer acquisitions, cross-selling opportunities, and churn prevention.
  • Support the Microsoft and AWS program leads in end-to-end management of vendor sales and enablement programs.
  • Identify opportunities to utilize Microsoft and AWS pre- and post-sales funding for services.
  • Align Microsoft and AWS programs and their sales strategies to accelerate growth and maximize sales impact.
  • Collaborate closely with Microsoft, AWS, and internal marketing, sales, and services teams to generate demand among existing and new customers.
  • Monitor performance and results on a short- and mid-term basis.
Requirements
  • High School Certificate or equivalent.
  • PREFERENCE FOR DEGREE OR DIPLOMA IN IT OR RELATED FIELD.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Sales, Business Development, Product or Channel management in the IT industry.
  • Proven ability in working with major IT Vendors and their sales representatives.
  • A general understanding of quoting.
  • Intermediate to advanced software skills, including MS Office suite and logical document-based ERP systems.
