A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated Credit Controller to join Epiroc Australia Pty Ltd's national finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer ledgers to ensure accurate and timely payments.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to resolve debt collection issues.
  • Perform banking, reconciliation, allocation, and receipting tasks to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Investigate un-reconciled payments and resolve discrepancies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, investigate disputes, and resolve issues.
  • Update customer accounts and analyze data to prepare reports.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Credit Officer/Controller with a passion for collections and customer service.
  • High attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and a proactive approach to customers.
  • Ability to work well within a team-based environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
