A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated Credit Controller to join Epiroc Australia Pty Ltd's national finance team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer ledgers to ensure accurate and timely payments
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to resolve debt collection issues
- Perform banking, reconciliation, allocation, and receipting tasks to optimize cash flow
- Investigate un-reconciled payments and resolve discrepancies
- Provide exceptional customer service, investigate disputes, and resolve issues
- Update customer accounts and analyze data to prepare reports
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Credit Officer/Controller with a passion for collections and customer service
- High attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and a proactive approach to customers
- Ability to work well within a team-based environment
- Excellent communication skills
