About the Role
Epiroc Group is seeking an experienced and motivated Credit Controller to join our established national finance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing debt collection activities, building strong relationships with customers, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage debt collection activities and build strong relationships with customers
- Perform banking, reconciliations, allocations, and receipting tasks
- Investigate un-reconciled payments and resolve customer disputes
- Update customer accounts and analyze data to prepare reports
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Credit Officer/Controller with a passion for collections and customer service
- High attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and a proactive approach to customers
- Ability to work well within a team-based environment
