We are seeking an experienced and motivated Credit Controller to join our established national finance team at Epiroc Australia Pty Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a customer ledger, ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, resolving disputes and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Perform banking, reconciliations, allocations, and receipting tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Investigate un-reconciled payments, identifying and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Update customer accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is maintained.
  • Analyze data and prepare reports, providing insights and recommendations to improve financial performance.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Credit Officer/Controller with a passion for collections and customer service.
  • High attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and a proactive approach to customers.
  • Ability to work well within a team-based environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management.
