The Role
The main purpose of this Recruitment Coordinator is to work closely with recruiters and provide efficient recruitment support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate assessment centers and events.
- Support the selection process for all programs.
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires.
- Track adherence to recruitment risk and control requirements.
- Provide administrative support to recruiters.
- Coordinate logistics, performance reviews, and other program activities.
- Stay up-to-date on campus events, recruitment trends, and graduate market knowledge to add value to the business.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.
- Experience in recruitment coordination or administration (ideally 3-8 years).
- Problem-solving skills, proactive attitude, and strong team player.
- Strong attention to detail, client-focused, and judgmental skills.
- Ability to manage changing priorities while meeting deadlines.
- Strong MS-Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and excellent communication skills in English.
