The Role

The main purpose of this Recruitment Coordinator is to work closely with recruiters and provide efficient recruitment support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate assessment centers and events.
  • Support the selection process for all programs.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Track adherence to recruitment risk and control requirements.
  • Provide administrative support to recruiters.
  • Coordinate logistics, performance reviews, and other program activities.
  • Stay up-to-date on campus events, recruitment trends, and graduate market knowledge to add value to the business.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Experience in recruitment coordination or administration (ideally 3-8 years).
  • Problem-solving skills, proactive attitude, and strong team player.
  • Strong attention to detail, client-focused, and judgmental skills.
  • Ability to manage changing priorities while meeting deadlines.
  • Strong MS-Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and excellent communication skills in English.
