Centre Director Opportunity

We are seeking a strong and visionary Centre Director to join our team at Altona North. As a leader, you will be responsible for managing the operations of the campus, focusing on five key pillars: People, Quality, Growth, Safety, and Financial Performance.

  • People:
    • Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain top talent
    • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment
    • Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for staff

  • Quality:
    • Ensure high-quality care and education for children
    • Develop and implement quality improvement plans
    • Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements

  • Growth:
    • Drive business growth through innovative marketing and sales strategies
    • Analyze financial performance and develop budgets
    • Identify opportunities for expansion and implementation

  • Safety:
    • Ensure a safe and healthy environment for children and staff
    • Develop and implement safety protocols
    • Conduct regular risk assessments and audits

  • Financial Performance:
    • Manage centre finances, including budgeting and forecasting
    • Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives
    • Monitor and analyze financial performance
