**The Role**:
**The Role**

The main purpose of the **Campus Recruitment Coordinator** is to support and work closely with the Campus Recruiters to provide efficient and flexible recruitment support.

What you will do:

- Arrange and coordinate Assessment Centers
- Support the selection and offer process for all campus programmes
- Manage the onboarding process for all hires
- Manage and track adherence to recruitment risk and control requirements
- Administration - Support Campus Recruiters in admin related tasks
- Programmes - Coordination by providing support in admin, logistics arrangement and performance review.
- Add value - Create awareness and understanding of campus events, recruitment skills, trends and graduate market knowledge with business.

**Key Accountabilities**:
Key Responsibilities
- Managing other various ad-hoc administration activities to support the effective running of the recruitment process
- Collaborating on or completing daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports accurately as required within the set deadlines
- Building and maintaining strong working relationships between all parties including recruiters, hiring managers, vendors (i.e. pre-employment screening vendor) and other account stakeholders
- Ensuring stakeholders are continually appraised and updated on the relevant processes
- Management of day-to-day queries relating their area of responsibility, ensuring all are dealt with in an effective and timely manner and escalated where necessary
- Participating in continuous improvement implementation within the immediate team

**Skills & Experience**:
**Experience**
- Proven experience in a campus recruitment coordinator role / administrator role (ideally in a Bank)
- Problem solver, proactive, organized, client service mindset and resourceful
- Strong team player
- Client focused with outstanding judgment and strong attention to detail
- Thrives in a fast-paced ambiguous environment with ability to manage changing priorities while meeting deadlines
- Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills

**_ Skills Requested_**
- Excellent communication, planning, administrative and organizing skills
- Experience between 3 to 8 years is preferable
- Early Careers & Campus Recruitment coordination experience is desirable
- Demonstrable experience in projects and programme support with ability to work within high volume.
- Interview scheduling and prior recruitment coordination skills
- Proven MS-Office knowledge (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to communicate confidently (both verbal and written) in English
