Job Title: PeopleSoft Campus Functional Consultant

We are seeking an experienced professional to provide support and expertise on service requests and standard support tickets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide functional support for PeopleSoft Campus Solutions, addressing tickets and service requests.
  • Collaborate with teams based across Australia and India, aligned to Adelaide time zones.
  • Engage in requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, design, business process mapping, configuration, and testing.
  • Deliver high-quality documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and test scripts.
  • Contribute expertise on best practices, options, risks, and impacts during solution design and delivery.

Requirements include 5-6 years' experience as a PeopleSoft Campus Functional Consultant and strong hands-on expertise across at least 5 PeopleSoft Campus Solutions 9.x modules. Experience with SQL, PS Queries, and Integration Broker monitoring is also required.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5-6 years' experience as a PeopleSoft Campus Functional Consultant.
  • Strong hands-on expertise across at least 5 PeopleSoft Campus Solutions 9.x modules (e.g., Campus Community, Recruiting & Admissions, Student Records, Student Financials, Academic Structure, Gradebook, Academic Advisement, Self Service).
  • Experience with SQL, PS Queries, and Integration Broker monitoring.
  • Proven ability in full systems development lifecycle, from requirements to testing.
  • Solid background in quality assurance, including test planning and execution.
  • Previous experience supporting higher education / university environments is highly desirable.
