Job Title: Campus Talent Acquisition Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused individual to join our campus recruitment team. In this role, you will provide support to recruiters and managers in Melbourne throughout the campus recruitment cycle.

Responsibilities include coordinating logistics for virtual and face-to-face events, attending recruitment events on campus and EY premises, contract preparation and administration, assisting with the onboarding process of casuals, interns, and graduates, and coordinating logistics and communications for early identification programs.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
