Student Engagement:

The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering a positive and inclusive campus culture promoting student engagement and success. This includes implementing initiatives to enhance student satisfaction, creating a conducive learning environment, and addressing student concerns and providing support as needed.

Events and Activities:

">

The role involves planning and executing campus events workshops and activities to enrich the student experience, collaborating with student organizations and clubs to encourage participation in extracurricular activities, and promoting community involvement and partnerships.

Faculty and Staff Management:

">

The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting training and supervising faculty and staff to ensure high-quality education delivery. This includes conducting regular performance evaluations and providing constructive feedback.

Academic Administration:

">

Work closely with academic departments to coordinate class schedules and resources, oversee the implementation of academic policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Facility Management:

">

The role requires ensuring maintenance and safety of campus facilities, coordinating with relevant teams for repairs renovations and upgrades, and maintaining accurate records of facility usage and maintenance.

Community Relations:

">

Build and maintain positive relationships with local community stakeholders, represent the organization at community events and meetings, and promote the organization's values and mission.

Qualifications:

">

Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or above, proven experience in Campus Management or a related role, strong leadership and interpersonal skills, excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, knowledge of educational policies and procedures, and effective communication skills both written and verbal.
