As a Pastoral Care Worker, you will provide spiritual support to patients, families, and staff of the hospital.

About The Role:
  • The role is designed to work within the framework of the organization's Mission, Vision, Values, and Philosophy.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A recognized qualification or training in Pastoral/Spiritual Care is mandatory. Completion of at least 2 units in Clinical Pastoral Education is preferred.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Counselling, Theology, Psychology, or equivalent are highly valued.
  • Understanding of Catholic tradition and the sacraments of the Catholic Church is essential.
