We are seeking an exceptional individual to provide spiritual support and guidance to individuals and groups, aligning with our Christian Founding Purpose and values.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Provide pastoral care and support to staff, young people in residence, and community members.
  • Collaborate with Program Managers to deliver reflections, team activities, and spiritual programs that promote growth and development.
  • Build strong relationships with internal staff, external partners, and local churches to strengthen chaplaincy support.
  • Refer individuals to professional or community services when issues fall outside chaplaincy expertise.
Requirements for Success
  • Ordained Minister, Pastor, or equivalent in good standing, with relevant theological or pastoral care qualifications.
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering culturally appropriate pastoral care across diverse communities.
  • Strong listening, counselling, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage sensitively and confidentially.
