Pastoral Care Volunteers

We are seeking passionate individuals to support the spiritual and emotional needs of elderly residents in aged care homes.

As a pastoral care volunteer, you will work with local Christian churches to provide compassionate care and companionship to those who need it most.

You will assist the Residential Pastoral Care Coordinator, and under their guidance, you may:

  • Support residents in meeting their spiritual needs through listening, counseling, and prayer

Our volunteers play a vital role in enriching the lives of our residents and improving their quality of life. Regular visits can reduce feelings of isolation and improve overall well-being.

By volunteering, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others while also gaining valuable skills and experience.
