Regional Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced Regional Account Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing existing and new customer relationships in Sydney and regional NSW. The role requires strong communication and relationship skills, as well as the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.

  • Manage and grow existing and new customer accounts in and around Sydney and Regional NSW
  • Develop and implement regional and industry business plans
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business growth
  • Explore new growth opportunities, including feasibility analysis of new product lines
  • Become an expert in industries such as water, dairy, non-alcoholic beverages, wine, and brewing
  • Maintain sales action plans with a strong customer-facing focus
  • Build relationships with decision-makers and operational personnel
  • Identify new services and growth opportunities for our company locally and internationally
  • Prepare annual, quarterly, and monthly sales projections
  • Manage local NSW stock holding based on customer needs and commitment
  • Ensure strong communication with management and colleagues
  • Increase customer satisfaction through regular visits and enhanced service
  • Maintain records of expenses and company materials
