About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Client Intake Specialist to join our team. This exciting opportunity is for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, delivering exceptional customer service and promoting business growth.

  • This role plays a crucial part in facilitating timely referrals and ensuring prompt service commencements for new clients.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing new and prospective clients, gaining an understanding of their requirements, and recommending suitable services.
  • Maintaining accurate records and providing regular reporting to internal stakeholders are also key responsibilities of this position.

This is a permanent full-time opportunity that offers a supportive work environment and opportunities for career advancement within our organisation.

To succeed in this role, you'll need previous experience working within the NDIS, sales/customer service/marketing, or relevant qualifications. An NDIS worker screening check is also required.

You'll have the opportunity to work closely with our marketing function to promote our services and align business development material with service delivery capacity.
