Business Development Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through calls on truck dealerships and OEM earth moving businesses.
• Maintain a strong brand presence in the marketplace by establishing and building relationships with distributors and end-users.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets by securing quotes and orders from customers in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies that drive business growth and revenue.
Requirements:
• Proven sales experience within a mixed corporate / industrial environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with equipment.
• Well-developed business acumen and ability to multi-task.
• Excellent customer relation skills and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Ability to work autonomously or as part of a team and demonstrate adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
• Hoist and wheel service equipment knowledge.
• Mechanical-minded individual with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to demonstrate how equipment works and provide clear explanations to customers.
