Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Professional to join our team. As a Business Partner, you will play a key role in developing and executing learning initiatives that drive business results.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing and delivering leadership development programs, with experience in the retail industry being a plus.

You will work closely with our People and Culture team to create and implement an organizational-wide learning plan that aligns with our strategic priorities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing a premium global onboarding experience to ensure new employees are set up for success.
  • Consulting with the People and Culture team and wider business to build internal capability at all levels, identifying gaps and development needs.
  • Designing and delivering leadership development programs that meet the business needs.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in a global end-to-end L&D role, ideally in the retail industry.
  • Experience in designing and delivering leadership development programs.
  • Demonstrated experience and curiosity around the use of technology, including LMS, HRIS, Content Authorizing Tools, and MS products.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and presentation skills.
